All trees, woods and underwoods, growing on 60 acres wood 'containing in measure to every acre 18 pole, to every pole 18 foote', in 2 woods called Lord Wood and Appley Wood, late part of lands of Chicksands Priory. 30 acres in Lord Wood lying by the hedge, extending from the slade in the bottom next Appley wood 45 pole in breadth and 18 feet to every pole, so from hedge to hedge as far as is needful for the 30 acres; and 30 acres in Appley wood, 45 pole by the hedge as likewise.
