George P Livius, Timothy Fish Foord Bowes, Thomas Abbott Green. Mr Hurst recommends that the Matron be allowed to leave the prison on Friday to return the following Sunday. The Visiting Justices consent to this arrangement provided the Matron provide a substitute in her absence - apporved by them.
