The contracts and tenders awarded - the following were approved as the lowest price best quality: meat - William Thody flour - F Barringer shoes - Jacob Munsey grocery - West & Batchelor drapery - Langley & Claydon. The Governor returned on Saturday morning, all the prisoners conducted safely and tehir conduct orderly. Helath with the exception of one male and one female very good - the illness of these two is only temporary and the causes slight.
