...messuage or tenement with appurtenances and close adjoining being a pennyland late Fauxes containing 6 acres in Kempston Boxend to use of his last will which he made on same day, by which he gave the same to Thomas, John and Ann Carter his children and to an unborn child, after which the testator died, as did also his son Thomas, and the unborn child did not survive ADMISSION of John and Ann to the property, and their guardianship granted to Mary Carter their mother
