ii) William Osborn, Toddington, carpenter, and wife Rebecca
i) will produce when requested by ii)
- lease and release of 22 and 23 December 1831
-fine levied in pursuance of a covenant recited in indenture
of appointment by way of mortgage of 20 April instant in which
ii) gave security to i) to ensure repayment of £200, will agree to make covenant for the production of the deeds.
i) Also undertakes to have received undermentioned deeds which he will keep safe, or attested copies thereof
