- Scope and Contentto niece Mrs Elizabeth Oldershaw, two freehold messuages in Bedford St Mary in occupation self and Mrs Martha Pimlott; to the four daughters of Mrs Oldershaw £600 each; to his 3 god children, Mrs Williamson, Miss Ann Pemberton and Mr George Maule 5 guineas each; to the Reverends Thomas Birt, Henry Hinde, John Pemberton and Edward Towersey, 5 guineas each; to his friends Mr John Barnardiston, David Lane and Richard Lovesey 5 guineas each; to his late journeyman, Mr Charles Waller, 30 guineas; to his servant Mary Samm, £400, and some household goods; to his servant Catherine Warren, £50 and household goods; to servant John Wilcox 10 guineas and wearing apparel; to late servant William Lambert 2 guineas; to Mr Charles Waller 6 guineas for mourning, and mourning also for servants; residue to niece, Mrs Elizabeth Oldershaw, who is also executrix.
