It abutts W. on Street, E. and N. on property of John Crawley, tanner, part occupied by George Leedes, and S. on a messuage of ii) which had been freehold of Robert Hawes, gentleman deceased and on his death descended to i) Recites an agreement between i) and the widow of Robert Hawes by which certain deeds touching the property are in the hands of William Whitbread of Cardington, gentleman, for lifetime of widow. Mentions an award by Mr Henry Whitbread and Mr John Grew in a dispute between Samuel Gibbes and Robert Hawes concerning 2 bays of building and a stable.
