to son William, a messuage where testator lives in Westoning, then to his heirs, in default to testator’s three daughters Mary, Sarah and Joan Legg to daughter Mary, a messuage in Westoning Woodend where John Turner lately lived, 2 acres arable land in Gravell field, called the Limes, household goods, clothes and £10 to daughter Sarah, messuage in Woodend where John Lee lives, 2 acres land, household goods, clothes and £10 to daughter Joan tenement in Woodend where Elizabeth Mathew lives, purchased of James Chase, 2 acres land, household goods and clothes “my will further is That my Executor shall build up a Chimney in the said house wherein I now dwell and at the end of the said house called the shop, next unto the Street, and so make the said room convenient for my Wife to live in during her naturall life without any interruption” son William executor Witnesses: William Olney, John Howson, William Martin
