reciting that i) is now a prisoner in the Borough Gaol of St Albans by virtue of an action against him by David Deane of London for £4..19s..2d, and that i) cannot pay the debt, and is already indebted to ii) for £5 for lodging and fees CONVEYANCE (Lease and Release) by i) to ii) in respect of £5 and promise of further support, of .... 2 freehold acres of commonfield arable land in Westoning, bounded William Martin south, land late Lady Lempster north, in Old Gravill Furlong, heretofore in the possession one Chilton, miller, afterwards of William Cowley, now of Joseph Harlow, victualler and wheelwright executed by i) Witnesses: John Oxton, Robert Bagster endorsed Agreement of Joseph Harlow to become tenant to John Bowley of the premises at rent 12s.
