reciting the will of Mary Lockington, St Andrew, Holborn, London, widow, dated 1 June 1730, by which she gave various legacies (£1200, £500, £300 and £200) and then devised all her lands in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, to the Governors of Christ's Hospital, in trust:
Sister, Blandina Marshe to have rents, proceeds during her life, she paying an annuity of £20 to Thomas Ironmonger.
After decease of Blandina - £50 per annum to Thomas Ironmonger, or if dead, among his children, for ever

Said Mary Lockington died 21 October 1730. Will proved by Blandina in PCC.
Blandina Marshe died on 28 December 1741. Her will recited [see Z455/6]
will proved by Marshe Dickinson in PCC.
By decree on 2 April last [1742] of Lord High Chancellor it was said that the wills of Mary Lockington and Blandina Marshe were well proved and ought to be established. Commissioners to be appointed to divide the property held by the two sisters in common. They reported on 23 April 1742.
Property awarded to Marshe Dickinson as share of Blandina Marshe amounted to clear yearly sum of £244 1s 2d and value to £6101 9s 2d with timber valued at £91 14s 6d (total value - £6193 3s 8d) and necessary repairs to amount to £213 1s 2d so making the full worth of the property - £5980 2s 6d
