    Thomas Charles Higgins: There are nine persons now for trial who have been in gaol before, either for trial or under summary conviction., of whom one has been committed six times before, two others five each, one four times, two twice each, and three once each before. Two men, viz William Whittimore and William Pates are in solitary confinement for riotous conduct, it is ordered that they remain so until the sessions.
