George P Livius, Stephen Thornton. 3 prisoners have had an increased allowance of food by the Surgeons order at an extra expense of 11/8 during the week. Rev J Morris a Magistrate in the County of Hertford accompanied Mr Thornton.. It was the opinion of the above visiting justices that some steps should be taken to procure an order for the removal of the insane prisoner Charles Pigott who has been in custody ever since his assault.
