Thomas Barber, Stephen Thornton, George P Livius. 22 male prisoners, 2 female prisoners. The gaoler reported that he conveyed John Emmerton, Joseph Smith, William Atkins, William Millard and James Page convicts under sentence of transportation on board the Fortitude hulk at Chatham agreeable to the order transmitted from the Secretary of State dated the 15th August. There has been only one commitment since the last meeting namely Aaron Yates alias Gates from Chalgrave charged with assault with an intent to commit a rape. [Thomas] Rainbow and [Henry] Riley are sick.
