- Scope and ContentFrederick H Neve John Emmerton who made his escape on the 30th was brought down last night from London by Tansley. It appears the man gave himself up to a constable at Hounslow, who conveyed him to Bow Street. Emmerton seems well and so hardened that is scarcely posible to believe a word he says.
