- TitleAssignment to uses, residue of term of years: (i) John Wylshire of Wilden, yeoman (ii) William Fitzhughe of Bedford, gentleman, John Warde of Wilden, yeoman. A messuage in the occupation of John Rogers in East End, next a lane towards west with close of pasture (6 acres) adjoining and 12 acres arable and 1 acre meadow dispersed in parish and fields of Wilden, as in BS 1068, which is recited. To use of John Wylshire for 80 years if he should survive so long; then of Thomas Wylshire, his son. Provided that if John Wylshire should convey to Thomas in fee simple lands etc of value £200, or if John Wilshire, eldest son of John Wylshire, should within 20 months of the decease of John Wylshire pay the sum of £200 to Thomas, then the property shall be to the use of John the son. Witnesses: Thomas Colbeck and others. On dorse: 'estate given to my soones'; 'for sum of £200, Thomas Wilsher'.
