    - messuage with appurtenants late occupied by Hugh Clarke, after George Carter, containing in front, including breadth of way between messuage and Bethlehem Wall which leads to stables, 18ft., and in depth 28ft. And so much of piece of ground lying between messuage and passage and stables and ground of Richard Turvile opposite as between messuage and passage and the Channell and watercourse before the same, breadth 9ft., in length from wall to great common yard, 18ft., with stables behind messuage, lately built by Hugh Clarke and plot of ground adjoining Bethlem Wall, in breadth 33ft. near house and 37ft. at far end, in length next Bethlem Wall 64ft., and other side 61 1/2ft. - messuage late occupied by Robert Tilt and garden plot adjoining, length 36 1/2ft, breadth 16 1/2ft. all in Garland Alley alias Garland Court in St. Botolph without Bishopsgate -all those new messuages which have been erected and built in the room of the said 2 old messuages and appurtenances. -all those 3 chambers and 1 garret lately built across the passage leading to the stables. to use of i) and heirs.
