Thomas Barber, Philip Hunt The prisoner Henman, having denied that his behaviour was such as is reported in the Chaplains Journal, and having accused the Chaplain of wilful mis-statement, and having also charged the Medical Officers with having neglected to give him medicine when ill, it was ordered that an examination into those charges shell be made, after the Easter Quarter sessions are over. Ordered that an enquiry be made as to where the first volume of the Magistrates Minutes is deposited, so that it may be placed with this book.
