- Scope and ContentStephen Thornton, Philip Hunt, Thomas Charles Higgins. 40 prisoners. The gaoler reported that he had confined two prisoners, Thomas Brown and James Sawfoot in the sleeping cells for having been detected in playing dice on Sunday morning. They were admonished by the Visiting Justices and ordered to be restored to the common ward tomorrow morning. [Thomas] Hostler, a convict who had been insane, was discharged.
