Thomas Charles Higgins, George P Livius, Frederick H Neve. SInce the visit of the Magistrates the gaoler has reported the disporderly conduct of two of the prisoners James Parrott and Joseph Lines, for which they were immediately placed in solitary confinement, they have been returned to their former quarters upon promise of amandment. James [John accoriding to prison register] Chamberlain, committed with two others on a charge of burglary has stated that he is desirous of making some communication, but as it seems to be with a view of criminating those who were committed with him on a matter relating to some other crime previous to that for which they stand committed, the Magistrates have declined receiving his statement.
