- Scope and ContentPhilip Hunt, Robert Moore, George P Livius, Thomas Barber 52 prisoners. The Keepers journal was examined and it appears that [James] Green and [John] Kelly have behaved in a very noisy manner and that they had been put in solitary confinement for a few hours.
