    Details given: -- A messuage in Elstow, in tenure of John Cripsey, before that Michael Clerk, then Mary Brace, widow, with a malthouse adjoining and a close of pasture adjoining (2 acres), all purchased by John Anico alias Lewis of Michael Selby; -- 51 1/2 acres arable in common fields of Cardington and Eastcotts [as in BS 1029]: - 1 acre in Cardington West field in Brook furlong, abutting towards Summer field; - 50 1/2 acres dispersed in common fields of Eastcotts, of which 3 1/2 acres are in Mother field heretofore in tenure of Leonard Willymot; These 51 1/2 acres were all in the occupation of Thomas Palmer then of Thomas Palmer junior and were purchased by Edward Anico of Sir William Palmer in Eastcotts or Cardington. A close called Fil[lands] in Church End Thurleigh (7 acres), the common lane north and the pasture of Lady Butler and Fillands Meadow south and a little green lane east, the Vicarage and Lady Butler's ground west; Excepted: free passage through Fillands Close to ground of William Wooton with servants, horses, carts and carriage.
