to daughter, Hannah, cottage. and adjoining close pasture in Wyboston :E cott. Robert Wright :W cottage William Wilshere on condition to pay Anne Yarway, also daughter of testator, £40 on 25 Mar 1666 to wife, Ann, rents of above cottage to pay debts and maintain children until 29 Sep 1665 to son, Thomas, all lands in Bedfordshire on condition to pay other two sons, John and Isack, £80 each on reaching 21, but if he defaults, then:- to son, John, house in which testator dwells, close of pasture adjoining and 2 pightles adjoining. to son, Isack, all arable lands in fields of Chawson and Roxtion and in Bullen and Fox Hedge Field, Eaton Socon all residue too wife, whom testator appoints executrix. Witnesses: Ry. Barcock, mark of Robert Watts Note in margin: Hannah died before testator, Thomas Yarway, eldest son of testator died before testator and ? daughter, Hannah, who married Thomas Wiles senior, Thomas Wiles junior, is her son and heir.
