    Details given: 'I give and bequeath my soul into the hand of Almighty God and my body to be buryed decently according to the will of my executors.' His cottage in Cardington, in the occupation of Richard Andrew, to his wife for her life, then to his brother William to be sold within one year of her death, and to pay out of it to his cousin George Lenwood of Duloe £10, and to William Lenard's four children 20 shillings apiece; If George (the cousin) should die before the time comes for selling the house, it is given to his eldest son or if the son should be dead it is given whole to the said brother William. To his wife, all wheat and oats in the barn and the white-tailed cow and the shovel and all the wood about the yard and the street; To Elizabeth Andrew, the cupboard that is at her house, and to her two children twelve pence apiece; To his brother William, his other two cows, two beds and bedding and the two coffers that stand in the chamber 'where I did lie' and his round table and his three chairs; To his son Giles Taylor, land in Ram field; To his cousin Sara Lenwood, his brass pot; To Samivell Leaper of Blunham, his working tools; To his wife, his best kettle; To his brother William, his other kettle; To Edward Gasking, his leather coat and breeches and to Edward's children one shilling apiece, 'to be paid at the hour of my death'. All the money that Giles Taylor owes him to be equally divided among his children; To his wife, one sheet; To Mary, wife of Giles, one sheet; To William Brown, his best short coat; To his brother, the rest of his apparel; To Thomas Endersbe, 3 yards of cloth that is in the house; The twenty shillings that Edward Gasking owes him shall be spent on his burial. His brother William and his (testator's) wife to be Executors and all other goods to be fairly divided between them.
