- Scope and ContentPhilip Hunt, Robert Moore, George Cardale, Thomas Barber. John & James Nichols having stated to the Visiting Justices that they were able and desirous to support themselves at their own expense, and as they are not sentenced to hard labour, it was ordered that they be not required to labour as long as they do so entirely support themselves and their diet is not to be such as to interfere with the prison regulations. Gaoler reported four prisoner ssick of ague and one of a bad cold in the head & limbs.
