- Scope and ContentRobert Moore, Philip Hunt, Thomas Barber. 10th Oct: The Gaoler reported that John Holder died on the 3rd October and that John Bodsworth & Thomas Stanton were considered in great danger, that four others were very ill namely John Markham, James Grummet, William Woods, and James Pearson; Ruth Price was in a convalescent state. Information of the case of John Hodder was sent to the War Office, and to the Deserters father. 17th Oct Robert Moore visited the Gaol. John Bodsworth, a convict from the House of Correction had died on the 12th instant. Inquest was held on the body on the 13th and he was buried on the 14th. Other prisoners continue very ill.
