- Scope and Contentrecites: marriage intended between iii) and Ann Bassett now: -cottage and appurtenances in Duloe -toft and pightle adjoining near the Dole, Eaton Socon -close pasture containing 6 acres adjoining toft -12 acres arable in common fields of Eaton Socon and appurtenances to iii) i) also covenants that iii) may dispose of half of his house, and whole stock of horses, cows, sheep, hogs, fowls, grain, hay and other stock and implements at that messuage on condition that iii) pays £60 now owed by i) on a bond i) also covenants that iii) may occupy: -messuage where they live -72 acres arable. -28 acres pasture which i) holds by lease from Peterhouse College, Cambridge, during life of iii) and at rent to i) of £5 per annum and board, washing and lodging of £10 per annum and the use of the parlour, part of the messuage which i) shall think fit, and no board. iii) to pay rent due to Peterhouse College on said leasehold land i) also covenants that iii) may peaceably enjoy: -29 acres arable and pasture in Eaton Socon and all other lands of i) in Eaton Socon, except those in Wyboston, for 9yrs. at £5 per annum and board or £10 per annum and no board i) will assign to iii) by will all leases of i) with Peterhouse College, or, if iii) has predeceased i), said property shall be assigned to iii)'s heirs male Signed: i), ii), iii) Witnessed: Thomas Wiles, mark of Mary church Endorsed: "sealed and delivered with a plough hook and a candlestick in ye name of Mr West by Thomas Topham the elder unto Thomas Topham the younger"
