SANDY: human femur, scapula and smaller bones found embedded in the earth at The Lodge, Potton Road, headquarters of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds; they were considered to be over 100 years old; the Coroner’s Officer claimed knowledge that the area was once part of a Romano-British burial ground.
