    1) Sir John Eyle, baronet, Sir Thomas Crosse, baronet, John Rudge, esq. Matthew Lant, esq., Sir Roger Hudson, Knight, formerly styled Roger Hudson,esq., trustees nominated by Act of Parliament 7 Geo I entitled 'An act for raising money upon the Estates of the late Sub govenor, deputy governor, directors, cashier, deputy cashier, and accountant of the South Sea Co and of John Aislabie esq and James Cragge senior esq., deceased towards making good the great loss and damage sustained by the said Company and for dissabling such of the said persons as are living to hold any office or place of trust under the Crown or to sit or vote in Parliament for the future and for other purposes in the said act expressed, for putting in excution the several powers and authorities to any three or more of them the said trustees thereby given relating to the estates of the said late sub governor, deputy govenor, directors, cashier, deputy cashier, and accountant, of the said company in the said Act named ii) John Whetham of Wyboston, Eaton Socon, esq. recites: LK71 said leasehold premises and also a freehold messuage and lands being part of estate of William Astell who was one of the late directiors of the South Sea Company are by act of Parliment to be sold by trustees NOW: Consideration: £1000 paid to Conrad de Gols esq., the present cashier of the South Sea Company by ii) -Property as in LK 67, late occupied by John Geery Signatures: Matthew Lant, Roger Hudson, John Lade Witnisses: J.
