- to son-in-law, Richard Sexton, and wife, Elizabeth, 2/6d - to son-in-law, Richard Gillam, son of Richard Gillam, all leasehold ground in Bedfordshireon reaching 21; if he dies before reaching 21, property to grandson, Richard Sexton - to Richard Sexton and wife, Elizabeth, all freehold in Colmworth and leasehold in Eaton Socon until grandsons, Richard Sexton and Richard Gillam reach 21 - to grandson Richard Sexton, all freehold in Colmworth on reaching 21 - to granddaughter Sarah Sexton, £50 to be paid when brother, Richard, reaches 21, chargable on his inheritance. If either die before reaching 21 legacy to survivor - to kinswoman, Edey Thorowgood, 20/- - to poor in Honeydon, 10/- - to wife, Helen, cottage and arable and appurtenances and leasehold in Eaton Socon and meadows for life; also all residue unbequeathed.
