Versus Richard Smith and wife Penelope, Richard Henry, Frances and Penelope, their children, by Richard Smith and Barnard Turney, Charles Gibbs and Thomas Theed by his guardian. Re; refusal of defendants to pay a legacy of £800 bequeathed to Hester Theed and sister Frances, wife of Bernard Turney, by their father Harris Smith in will of 30 December, 1690. Decree that the money is to be laid out in purchase of lands when a settlement is made, and in meantime to be invested in South Sea annuities.
