(2) ii) (i) mortgages to (ii) -property as in LK6 as further security for £2,000, advanced by ii) on certain messuages, lands and appurtenances in manors of Stafford and Ford Bridge, Staffordshire Further Borrowing (1) i) (2) ii) recites: above mortgage 5 Jun 1714 (i) had assigned to (ii) £4,797 5s 4d.,secured to John Stafford by the Rt. Hon. Henry, Earl of Stafford, as further security Reversion and equity of redemption of lands in Staffordshire and Bedfordshire had descended to i) now: consideration: £2,000 -above property in Staffordshire to (ii) for remainder of 100 year term -above property in Bedfordshire to (ii) for remainder of 500 year term now: ii) assign property in Bedfordshire to iii) in trust for iv) for remainder of 500 year term signatures: i), ii), iii) Witnesses: George Townsend jnr., Francis Townesend, Nathaniel Chambers
