    To son William, messuages in Soulbury, brick and tile-kiln and lands in occupation of Anthony and Robert Hart, in trust to sell to Thomas Shotbolt gentleman To same, manor of Potsgrove; cottage at Leighton Buzzard in occupation of John Cook and John Bowman; close in Leighton Buzzard near Friday lane in occupation of Thomas Ward, on condition that out of proceeds of sale he pays annuity of £20 per annum to mother Mary. To son-in-law James Leach all property in Leighton Buzzard subject to payment of £4 per annum annuity to son William till death of Mary, then to pay 10s. per annum to a minister who will preach a sermon at Linslade church on Easter Monday, and 2s. per annum to parish clerk for ringing bells and attending the minister. Son William to pay above during life of Mary. To son-in-law Edward Man £50 in lieu of money owed. To son William all personal estate.
