    to daughter Elizabeth : £350 to son Coys : £50 to grandson Thomas Cove : £l00 to children of son Gabriel : £10 each to children of son Thomas : £10 each to servant Elizabeth Wren : £10 if mother, Jane Thompson of Strood, widow, be living at testator's decease, she shall be comfortable maintained & decently buried at expense of all my children in equal portion. All personal estate, including ship or ship parts, & also dwelling house to be shared equally between children, G.G. White, Sarah Cove, Thomas White, Elizabeth White, Edward White, Coys White The estate held on lease from the Dean & Chapter in Strood (of which he has been offered the chance to buy the freehold) is to be sold & divided among children. The £450 lent to son Edward, 1 Nov. 1799, is to be counted part of his share in above. The £300 lent of son Coys, 24 June 1800, is to be similarly accounted for. Son Thomas has been assigned the lease (from the wardens & commonality of Rochester Bridge) of the house he occupies in Strood, for which he owes testator £300. This is to be accounted for as above.
