    (i) John Ashwell of Leighton Bluzzard scrivener and son Robert. (ii) Charles Leigh. (1) (i) hold (a) Messuages and lands in Tebworth parish Chalgrave, in occupation of George Atterbury (from whom they were purchased) on lease at £65 per annum. Property charged with payment of £20 annuity to Mary widow of George Gurney of Toddington for life, then with £400 to grandchildren of George Gurney. (b) Meadow in Tebworth, purchase of Thomas Reade, in occupation of George Atterbury at £3.15s. per annum. (c) Close in Hockliffe, purchase of Sarah Keeble now in occupation of William Read as in KK483. (2) For £2,104, (i) agree to sell above to (ii) by 1 November next, except fee-farm rents of 2.8d. out of Tebworth and 4d. out of Hockliffe, and lease of Tebworth lands to George Atterbury for 30 years from Michaelmas 1718, and lease as in KK483.
