Silveta ? & … - 2 houses & ground in Mile End, Mddlesex, mortgaged by late father & brother, William Briggins ... which I purchassed of him, & purchased the equity of redemption of Thomas Stone, & settled on wife before marriage - 3 houses occupied by J. Darby, Francis Heatley, & __ in parish of Bartholomew the Great, purchased of wife’s father, Thomas Farmborough, for £600, & settled on wife in lieu of several old houses at Hoxton also Hogsdon which I sold for £250. - Ground rent of King's Head Inn, Southwark, purchased of Stephen Thomas & others for £1,050, settled on wife in lieu of several old houses in Dogshead Yard, in Old Street, which I sold to Joseph Townsend for £427. to wife, to be disposed of among children as she wishes, or else to be shared equally: - House occupied by Philip Nicholls in Threadneadle St., purchased of Theodore Drage. - House & ground bought of George Rogers, adjoining J. Darby's dwelling house, occupied by Eben Hadgell. - House & tenements in Half Moon Alley, parish of Bartholomew, occuopied by William Frier, purchased of Stephen Perry. to 2 eldest daughters, Mercy & Susannah £1,079 17s 6½d each. to 3 younger daughters, Hannahbella, Gulielma & Mariabella Farmborough £1,600 each total £6,951 15s 1d stock in the Chamber of the City of London. Each is to receive her part at 21. to 2 eldest daughters, Mercy & Susannah: half each of the estate left by testator's brother William Briggins, by will 22 Nov. 1698 which amounts to over £1,200 to late sister's son, William Tibey £50 to cousin Joseph Briggins & sister Ann Bridger £5 each. to Mariabella Blake & her sister Mary Hewitt 2 guineas to George Conyers, Joshua Bethray & Riche. Brookes 1 guinea each. to friends J. Skelton, J. Haywood, J. Everitt, Philip Harman, Richard Taylor & William Peters 40s. each. to friends J.
