To son Thomas, newly enclosed land in Great Brickhill, near Heath and Reach cow-common, purchased of Mr. Sommers, subject to legacy of £200 to daughter Rebecca Adams. To same, Commins closes, subject to legacy of £100 to Daughter Mary Woodman and 4s. per week to daughter Elizabeth Watts and £100 each to grandsons William and Millard Adams (sons of William deceased), when 21. Proviso that if Thomas does not pay 4s. per week to Elizabeth, she may enter property and take rents. If she mortgages the payment it shall not be paid. To 6 grandchildren of daughter Anne Line, £276, being money due to them from father Edward Line. To son Thomas residue of real and personal estate. Executor: son Thomas Witnesses : Thomas Price, David Willis, David Lee Willis.
