Scope and Content
(i) Susanna Sheppard of Great Brickhill (widow of Richard) and Susanna, her only child by Richard.
(ii) Samuel Bradwin of Watford (Hertfordshire) ironmonger.
(iii) Hugh Smith of Woolston (Buckinghamshire) gentleman, John Ashwell of Leighton Buzzard scrivener.
(1) Intended marriage of Susanna Sheppard junior and (ii)
(2) Within 6 months of marriage they are to convey to (iii) 2 messuages in occupation of Henry Tarry and Ann Cossins widow in Bury End Great Brickhill with close adjoining purchased of Nathaniel Grace by feoffment 23 October, 1704 ; Commins Close.
The 2 messuages to be held to use of Susanna senior for life, remainder to Susanna Sheppard junior in tail, remainder to right heirs of Susanna Sheppard senior and junior. Commins close to be held to same uses, but with ultimate remainder to use of will of Susanna Sheppard junior.
