(ii) John Homan of Leighton Buzzard baker. -- Cottage divided into two in Leighton Buzzard, in the occupation of John Homan, Joseph Brampton and John Pratt. William Bertram covenants to allow John Homan to remove his ovens at end of term. Endorsed: Increased rent of 30 shillings per annum to be paid in consideration of William Bertram’s spending about £30 in repairing the premises, 4 September 1725.
