    (i) Charles Leigh. (ii) The inhabitants of Heath and Reach. -- Charles Leigh to repair Whitson Way in Heath and Reach, from pond at end of Stonelane to Watling Street, between woods of Charles Leigh and fields of Heath and Reach, circa 100 poles in length by 2 poles wide, which is ruinous and out of repair and ought to be repaired by inhabitants. Charles Leigh to repair during next 20 years and to be exempted from his obligations on all other roads. Endorsed: Memorandum of agreement that Charles Leigh shall be exempt from costs of all indictments for non-repair of any roads in village, except the London Road, even date.
