-- 8½ acres in fields of Leighton Buzzard in the occupation of James Topping. If property is found to be freehold, Sir Thomas Leigh to give Edmund Ashewell a lawful conveyance, with warranty versus claims of wife Mary and Elizabeth Hoddesdon only.
-- Covenant for quiet enjoyment versus wife Mary, Sir Christopher Hoddesdon, Elizabeth Hoddesdon, heirs of Robert Oviatt alias Blackett and of William Hide.
