The second section records grant for a Trunk Road Maintenance and Minor Improvements for the years 1938-1940, each entry recording the following information: Details of the scheme Estimated cost and date of submission to the Ministry The Grant No. Amount of Grant Percentage of grant (of total expenditure) Remarks (if any) The third section records grants for Minor Road improvements, submitted under Form 3c for the years 1939-1972 and records the same information collected in Section Two above.
