On surrender (before death) of father William Holland. -- Cottage at the brook-stile in Leke end, in the occupation of John Warde; 7 acres arable and parcel of land called Hades, which William purchased of Richard Topping; 2 acres arable purchased of ‘Howkar’; 1½ acres meadow purchased of Edmund Bunne in Kingsmead, next lord’s land; 2 cottages in Middle Row; 1 barn and 1 stable in Gigge/Gigg Lane. To John for life, remainder to Elizabeth, wife of John till William son of John attains 21 years, remainder to William.
