Certificate issued by Lord Charles James Fox Russell and Richard Gilpin, Justices of the Peace, that they have viewed (1) the Leighton Buzzard and Hemel Hempstead Road, from the point where the road belongs to the Township of Leighton Buzzard in a SE direction to the Lower Green, over the Green between certain old inclosures and over Goose Green, in a southward direction to the parish of Edlesborough (Bucks) at Northall Bridge; (2) Slapton Road leading from the Leighton Buzzard and Hemel Hempstead Road at the NW corner of the allotment awarded to David Squires and his wife Elizabeth southward to Little Billington Green, passing the green betwen certain old inclosures and Summerleys Common, continuing southwards to the parish of Slapton (Bucks) at Slapton Bridge, as set out and appointed by the enclosure commissioners for Billington. Roads declared to be completed and in good repair.
