    Conveyance Parties: (i) James Warr of Caddington, yeoman; (ii) Thomas Higgins of Wootton [Northamptonshire], farmer; (iii) George Mellor of Woburn, draper; (iv) Benjamin Bennett of Dunstable, brewer; (v) John Bartram of Dunstable , straw manufacturer Reciting: - release of 7th June 1838 between (1) John Green; (2) Rev. John Vaux Moore; (3) George Eyston; (4) John Vaux Moore; (5) Joseph Falkner; (6) Joseph Marshall and Hugh Jackson; (7) James Warr; (8) William Warr in which (a) and other land were released to the use of any deed of (7) without impeachment of waste with a limitation to the use of (8) during the life of (7) upon trust for (7) to the use of (7); - indenture of appointment and release of 15th October 1839 between (1) James Warr and (2) Thomas Higgins and John Cole (now dead) in which (2)(trustees in a settlement of 13th March 1824 with James Warr and Mary Ann, his wife (now dead)) stood possessed of £2,145/4/7 arising from a sale in the settlement on 1824 and advanced it to (1) as a mortgage secured on (a); - the mortgage debt of £2,145/4/7 was still outstanding; - John Cole died in June 1841; - the £2,145/4/7 and all interest had been paid to (ii) to discharge the mortgage; - (i) had contracted to sell (a) to (iv) for £560 Operative Part: - (iv) paid £560 to (i); - (i) appointed that (a)-(b) remain to uses - (ii), at the request of (i), released (a)-(b) to (iv) Property: (a) a small plot of land in Nine Acres Close, previously part of the 41 acres, 2 roods, 33 perches in Bottom Field allotted to William Hanbury Potter Jones at inclosure; (b) messuage or dwellinghouse, now a public house known by the name of The Balloon in the occupation of Henry Price lately erected by (i) on (a); bounded W by land of George James Sullivan, esquire; N by the road from Dunstable to Luton; E and S by the remainder of (a).
