- Scope and ContentDetails given: (A) the subject of an Act of 22/23 Charles II, by which they were vested in Francis, Lord Hawley, Sir Charles Harbord, Sir William Howard, Sir John Talbot, Sir Robert Stuart and William Harbord; (B) indenture between above parties and Ralf Egglestone of Middlesex; (C) conveyed by Sarah Burton to Humphrey Dell; (D) left by him in trust as in BS 821; (E) by Ann Fisher as in BS 828. Ann Fisher died 27 December 1779; her daughter came of age 1778 and married James Hesse who died 22 August 1783, leaving son James and two daughters. Jeffery Fisher died same day. Ann Hesse therefore filed a bill in Chancery. Ann now agrees to pay John Bolding £120 in return for the rents in question.
