Trust Deed from Miss Maud Mary Pease of St.Michael’s Cottage, Leighton Buzzard to Robert Richmond of Leighton Buzzard, John Ronald Tulloch Tarver of Ascott, Wing [Buckinghamshire] and William Edmund Wallace of Eaton Bray, Governors of Cedars School, as trustees for £42 consolidates 2½% inscribed stock as the Maud Mary Pease Trust Fund, the income to be used to provide the Pease Housecraft Prize to the female scholar showing the greatest proficiency in housecraft.
