Trust Deed from William Edmund Wallace of Poplar Farm, Eaton Bray to William Edmund Wallace, Robert Richmond of Heathwood, Leighton Buzzard and George Herbert Fowler of The Old House, Aspley Guise, Governors of Cedars School, as trustees for £60 to be invested as the Wallace Trust Fund, the income to be used to provide the Wallace Prize annually to the scholar showing the greatest merit in both English Literature and History.
