- between Neville Ivens Spriggs MD FRCS of Leicester and Bedfordshire County Council; - sum of £542 17s 10d contributed by friends of J.S.Spriggs, late of Fairfield Farm, Clapham who was killed in a flying accident on active service on 23 Jan 1944; - money to be used for promotion and encouragement of education in poultry husbandry or some other branch of agriculture at Stratton School Biggleswade or any other educational establishment under Bedfordshire Local Education Authority control; - assistance to be granted as the result of an examination.
