LEASE by i) to ii) for 12 years at £140 per annum for first 2 years, then £150 for next four years, and then £180 for remainder of term of certain property in Aspley Guise, i.e.
...parcels of arable land in Ayfield, Smedham hill field and meadows, the sand field next Crawley and Hill and David’s Cross Close, two pastures and 3 closes, the Manor Farm house, yards, barn and cowhouse in Ayfield, the barn in the yard where John Travell dwells, in all c. 225 acres, late in the tenure of Anthony Truluck, now of ii).
Fir plantations and all timber excepted. husbandry covenants.
ii) to provide 167 furze faggots worth 6/- per 120.
