by virtue of order made at Assizes at Bedford 4 March last
1) Cartwright is to pay Langley £200 on 13 May next
2) Langley is to deliver up Cartwright’s note for £200 and give a bond for penal sum £20 to leave lands (once of William Mather since of John Cartwright) on 24 June next
3) Langley is to leave for Cartwright “all locks, doors, hangings and paynted papers affixed to the walls, glass windows, shelves, dressers...”
4) Parties to give each other releases of all actions
